Customer Challenge:
FoodSafe, a Mexican burrito brand, is an important partner of ours. They have always trusted and used the plastic packaging bags (PP material) we provided to package their high-quality burrito foods. However, they recently reported a key problem: some end consumers reported that when these plastic packaging bags were placed in the refrigerator, the bags became hard, affecting the convenience and hand-feel experience when taking them out. They urgently needed a solution that could still maintain softness in a low-temperature environment.
Our Solution:
After learning about the customer's concerns about the original plastic packaging bags becoming hard at low temperatures, our technical team responded quickly. Based on our rich material experience, we clearly pointed out that the characteristics of PP materials at low temperatures were the main reason for the hardening. We immediately recommended them a softer PE material with better low-temperature toughness as an alternative. Meeting their precise needs, they placed an order for 4 PE packaging bags of different specifications.
Satisfactory results:
After receiving the 4 PE plastic packaging bags produced by us, FoodSafe immediately conducted rigorous low-temperature tests and filling tests. The results were gratifying! They reported that the new PE bags performed excellently in the freezer environment, perfectly solving the problem of the previous PP plastic packaging bags becoming hard, and maintaining excellent softness and ease of use. The FoodSafe team highly appreciated our quick response, professional advice and customized services.
"The PE bags you recommended completely solved the pain point of our previous plastic packaging bags becoming hard at low temperatures, which is exactly what we and our consumers want!" —— Purchasing Manager of FoodSafe International
