A2. Please provide the size, artwork, color, and surface finishing requirements of the sticker. If you need suggestions, inform us of the product the sticker will be used on, and we will offer the best solution and quotation.
Q3. What is the lead time?
A3. The lead time depends on the order quantity. Usually, it takes 5-7 working days after artwork confirmation and payment receipt. Orders from long-term cooperative customers will be prioritized for production.
Q4. Do you provide free samples?
A4. Free samples are available for our stock stickers (you only need to cover the shipping cost). If you need samples made with your own artwork, a sample fee is required.
Q5. What if we find quality issues after receiving the goods?

In the event that a quality problem attributable to us does occur, we will promptly redo the goods for you free of charge.
